SEA-Site Engineering Assistance has collaborated with DOF Engineers in the construction details phase and the erection sequence of the project Norgesporten Bridge in Ørje (Norway).

The bridge is a 80 m long painted box girder bridge with an asymetrical cross section and a 52 m tall pylon. The pylon is supported in three directions by cable stays, which allows for a slender design. The pylon has a circular cross section with a varying diameter (max. Ø 2 m). In plan view the bridge deck has a 60 m horizontal radius, and is supported on the outer edge bay cable stays.
